Physical and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), Windows and Linux workstations, the major NAS platforms (Synology, QNAP), plus SQL databases and Active Directory. If you run something else, ask us.
We set the schedule per client. A critical server might need a 15-minute recovery point; a workstation might be fine on a daily backup. You tell us the requirement, we configure and run the policy.
Yes. Your techs can run a simple restore themselves whenever they need to. For anything bigger, ask us and we run it. Most MSPs let us handle the lot.
We keep the cloud copy immutable, so ransomware can't alter or delete it, and we recover into a clean, isolated environment. The daily restore test is what tells us it actually works.
We've backed up everything from old physical servers to current hyperconverged setups. If yours is unusual, tell us about it and we'll say plainly whether we can cover it.
No, we work with the hardware you already have. We do include 1TB of cloud storage per managed machine, with extra storage at a clear per-TB rate.
File restores take minutes. Full server restores usually run a few hours, depending on data size. Critical systems can come back almost immediately with instant VM recovery. We handle the whole process.
